Mineral Water

The nutritional makeup of Evian water contains calcium, chloride bicarbonate, magnesium, nitrate, sodium and sulfates. All of these occur naturally. Magnesium is an important element and Evian has significantly less magnesium that what is found another French source mineral water, Perrier.
